At Fashion Engineer, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 3 days of delivery.

Final Sale items, undergarments, and customized products cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item.

Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

💳 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

🚚 How to Start a Return or Exchange

Visit our Returns Portal at [Fashionengineer.in].

Enter your order number and email address.

Follow the instructions to print your return label. Pack the item(s) securely and drop them off at your nearest carrier location.

🧵 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team at [fashionengineer9@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
