Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase or before the order is processed—whichever comes first.

After the order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return. See our Return Policy for details.

🛑 How to Cancel an Order

Email us at [fashionengineer9@gmail.com] with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.

💳 Refunds After Cancellation

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🚚 If the Order Has Shipped

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

You can wait for the item to arrive and then follow the steps in our Return Policy.
